- Workday Production Tenant: Workday is unavailable during weekly scheduled maintenance. Please refer to the Workday Scheduled Maintenance (PennKey required) for the maximum set of hours Workday is unavailable. The production tenant is used by most users.
- Workday UPenn3 Tenant: Workday is unavailable during the monthly refresh of data. Please refer to the Workday UPenn3 Schedule Maintenance (PennKey required).
- Other Tenants. Authorized users can consult Workday Community for Workday Scheduled Maintenance.
Unscheduled Maintenance
- While the teams at Penn and Workday work hard every day to ensure Workday is available to you 24/7, Workday may experience an unexpected outage.
- Restoring access is our first priority. If Workday is unavailable unexpectedly, please know the teams at Penn and Workday are working to restore access as soon as possible.
- Please check back later. During an extended outage, the Workday@Penn team may post system alerts at the top of this website and update the System Status page.
